I have had a personal journey with my feet that has gone from one extreme to the other, and back to what I would consider midline. This journey has taken my whole life to this point [I am 51 years old at the time of this writing] but has really unfolded over my racing and cycling lifespan, which began at the age of 15.
The significance of this journey is underscored by two important principles:
- One does not equal All. Just because I had a certain experience or outcome doesn’t mean it will help other people or apply to them. Another way to say this: Bio-Individuality Rules Everything.
- Some principles apply.
